Sound is my language.

shaped by a lifelong journey of listening to what cannot always be spoken.

Sound has been with me my entire life.
IT HAS BEEN A COMPANION, A GUIDE AND A sanctuary.

Hailing from the "Land of Song", MY Welsh heritage is the foundation of a deep-rooted connection to sound.

For as long as I can remember sound has been a means of expression, of processing my experiences and connecting with both myself and the world around me.

Through these early encounters, I began to notice its transformative potential.

Music had always felt intuitive to me, and over the years it had become a tool to meet myself in whatever I may have been feeling in any given moment. This already felt immensely powerful and freeing, and then I discovered sound healing.

Sometime in my early twenties, as I lay on the floor of a yoga studio in Melbourne, where I was living at the time, I heard a crystal singing bowl for the first time. That moment was profound, something stirred and shifted from what felt like the very core of my being.

For someone with a very busy mind and a sensitive nervous system, learning to experience sound intentionally has consistently brought a sense of understanding and connection. It allows me to settle in my body more easily than anything else I’ve experienced, and in turn, to navigate life from a place of feeling.

I see sound as a doorway, a path into presence, and a means of exploring our inner landscape. By going inward, we can then go outward, and experience life in its most meaningful expression.

For me, the potency of this practice lies in the ease with which we can experience it. Sound moves us, and through its movement, what is held within us begins to move as well.

"It's not about feeling better, it's about getting better at feeling." Dr. Gabor Maté

Over the last decade, I have embarked on a journey of both personal exploration and dedicated learning, shaped by curiosity, practice and the pure magic of sound itself.

The practices I share offer unique tools for listening and feeling, with gentleness and awareness, creating a place of safety within, that we can always return to.
